We hope you are happy with your purchases from us but if not you can return your online order free of charge within 14 days of receiving your order. We can offer a refund on any item as long as it is returned in a saleable condition within 14 days.

We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of being ordered. During a busy season however, this may not be possible. We will be in touch with you and advise when it is likely we can ship the item (usually within 3 working days).

All orders will be sent out using a tracked or recorded service which requires a signature upon receipt. Within the UK, you can choose either ‘Signed for 2nd Class’ or ‘Special Delivery’ by Royal Mail. For international customers, all orders will be sent with ‘International Tracked and Signed for’ by Royal Mail. Any customs import duty or local taxes incurred by an international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.
