We aim to ship all items within 24 hours of being ordered. During a busy season however, this may not be possible. We will be in touch with you and advise when it is likely we can ship the item (usually within 3 working days).
All orders will be sent out using a tracked or recorded service which requires a signature upon receipt. Within the UK, you can choose either āSigned for 2nd Classā or āSpecial Deliveryā by Royal Mail. For international customers, all orders will be sent with āInternational Tracked and Signed forā by Royal Mail. Any customs import duty or local taxes incurred by an international shipment are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and they vary from country to country.
